
Dione Kuraoka is an LA-based actor, improvisor and comedian. Her credits include, Adopt A Highway (with Ethan Hawke), BabySplitters, General Hospital, Goliath, Switched At Birth, Adam Ruin’s Everything, Alive in Denver, and the award winning short film, Grief Vigilantes.
Dione has performed sketch & improv all over Los Angeles. She's held residency at iO West, ACME Noho, and ACME hollywood, while also performing at Comedy Central Stage at the Hudson, M.I.'s Westside Comedy Theatre, Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), The Pack Theater, The Clubhouse, Fanatic Salon, Lyric Hyperion Theater, The Elysian, The Broadwater Second Stage, Nico's, Hollywood Fringe Festival, and San Francisco Sketchfest!
Dione was a cast member of the CBS Diversity Showcase
Commercially, you can see Dione on her best hair day (for Herbal Essences) and watch her spout out flawless football lingo for FOX NFL.
You can also hear her as the voice of Rhumbler on the Children’s music album, Nature Calls: Songs From MUTASIA.
Dione has performed with Asian AF, Golden Hour and UCB’S Maude & Betty house teams, as well as in the UCB shows; Dead Mother’s Day, Dead Father’s Day, Sketch Cram, Goodnight LA & 7 Minutes in Heaven.
In her spare time, she likes to crochet dog sweaters for her adorable food-motivated pup, Mochi.
